Sansone filed suit in Florida in 2024 seeking an injunction to ban the shots under state statute §790.166. He’s now appealing, arguing the court made procedural and legal errors.

He also reveals he suffered triple bypass surgery, which he attributes to vaccine shedding: a claim supported by evidence he introduced in court.

Sansone has authored model legislation introduced in Minnesota that:
